  1. CSCS Green Card Course What are the CSCS Labourer Card Requirements? Age Requirements To apply for the CSCS Labourer Card, you should be at least 16 years old. CSCS Green Card Course To apply for the CSCS Labourer Card, you must have achieved the RQF Level 1 Award in Health and Safety Within a Construction Environment qualification. CITB Health Safety and Environment test for Operatives To apply for the CSCS Green Card you must have passed the CITB Health Safety and Environment test for Operatives within the last 2 years.
