When I ?rst started my business, my goal was to help people overcome breathing and orofacial issues through myofunctional therapy. However, I struggled to ?nd the right name. After many brainstorming sessions and trials, inspiration struck during an exercise with a client. She exclaimed, “Wow, I feel so happy now that I can breathe better.” That moment crystallized my mission: to bring happiness to my clients through improved breathing. Thus, Happy Myo was born. The name re?ects the joy and satisfaction clients feel after working with me.
