HOW TO MAKE A REFRESHING PEACH ICED TEA Tea Health Benefits Method Prepared from the dried leaves and dried bark of the peach tree, Peach Tea is an herbal tea which contains vitamins A, B, C, E, K, potassium, manganese, phosphorous and magnesium. STEP - 1 In a pan put water, peaches and honey and bring it to the boil. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until the skin begins to come off. STEP - 2 In meanwhile add the tea bags to the boiling water and leave for 10-15 minutes to steep. Then remove the sack of tea and allow it to cool. STEP -3 Over a bowl, place a fine strainer and pour the peach paste in. Mash the peaches in pulp with a spoon, so that much juice falls through the strainer into the bowl glass. STEP - 4 You’ll be left with delicious and refreshing peach water. Don’t throw away the pulp, since you might use it in smoothies.
