  1. The Making of True Honey Honey contains 18% water but nectar has 70% already present so bees must dry it out by fanning their wings to create air flow around honey comb. After being ripened and evaporated, nectar becomes thick sweet honey and then bees cap the cells with more nectar from their stomach and it hardens into wax. Find outer wax coating is scrapped off with uncapping knife afterwards scraped honeycombs are placed in centrifuge machine to spin the True Honey out of cells.
