  4. WHAT ARE SELF-LIMITING THOUGHTS?

  5. A SELF-LIMITING THOUGHT is usually a false perception that we have come to accept about ourselves

  6. STOP THESE THOUGHTS

  7. You hold the power to control your thoughts

  8. UNDERSTAND YOUR BELIEF

  9. A belief is usually an absolute truth that we believe about ourselves without really rationalizing our thoughts

  10. IDENTIFY THE SOURCE OF YOUR BELIEF

  11. Most of our self-limiting beliefs stem form childhood

  12. FIND A COUNTER ARGUMENT

  13. For every negative thought that you have, think of 5 positive ones

  14. IDENTIFY HOW THIS BELIEF HAS LIMITED YOU

  15. Remember all the instances when a self-limiting thought stopped you from going for what you wanted

  16. DON’T FEED THE MONSTER

  17. Thoughts have the ability to build up on their own and can fester and grow in your head

  18. ALTERNATIVE MEANING

  19. We all have control over how we choose to perceive things around us

  20. VISUALIZE THE BELIEF
