Light takes 70% of a second to complete one kilometer. It’s motion is faster than anything. ***Theory of distance with light: One meter is the distance that light completes in a vacuum in (1/3×108)th of a second, or 3.3333×10-9 s. ***Theory of human hertz with light: The time it takes for light to complete 3×105 km through a vacuum is the duration of a human heartbeat.
