This allows us to play and learn at the same time. We use constructive play and games to our advantage and help develop new approaches to play and learning. To us, playing is serious business! 2. Ingenious quirks We try to look at everything from differing and innovative angles and often choose original and creative solutions. We love the odd, funny and quirky and prefer to experience things tongue in cheek. 3. Diversity Difference and diversity is the force that gives us energy and life. That is why we are always open so new ideas and new people and value everybody’s contributions. 4. Commitment We are very enthusiastic about our work because our purpose and goal is important; we want to pique the interest of human beings and create or nourish an interest in science and technology.
