  4. objectives of the Youth Exchange Bring together young people interested in innovation, entrepreneurship, and education, especially in green initiatives. Help them build managerial, teamwork, and entrepreneurial skills. Raise awareness about social and environmental entrepreneurship among them. Provide the necessary information and guidance to turn their ideas into green business plans. Develop their leadership and teamwork skills with a focus on sustainability. Encourage tolerance, equality, and teamwork in diverse, green-focused teams. Support them in overcoming fear of failure and staying optimistic about green job opportunities. Motivate young individuals to pursue careers aligned with their environmental interests.

Project Activities - Icebreaker games, energizers and team-building games; - Daily evaluations; -Youth Opportunities introduction, getting acquainted with the European Solidarity Corpsprograms and opportunities for international mobility, introducing the Europass CV and Youthpasstools; -Intercultural evenings; -Workshops on entrepreneurshipwill teach participants howto use the Business Canvasto transform their concepts into viable businessplans. Theywill brainstorm business ideas in groups; -IT workshops and activities; -Business case studies: The participantswill work in groupsto analyze, present, and highlightthe learnings from one case study of a failed business.

Participant's profile Is ready to be involved in youth exchange during the whole project - 7 days (+2 travelling days) HAS INTEREST IN GREEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP Is a resident of one of the participating countries Is aged 18-30 years old Is motivated to share own knowledge, skills and opinions with rest of participants; Youth with obstacles are welcome in the project Team leader is at least 21 years old Is motivated to meet like-minded people; develop green entrepreneurial competencies; raise new initiatives. Is open to other cultures The deadline to gather a group of participants and send their details is 7th of May 2024

  7. Project involves young people with fewer opportunities! WE ARE OPEN TO HOSTING YOUTH WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES. GEORGIA - 2 PARTICIPANTS WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES; SPAIN - 2 PARTICIPANTS WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES; UKRAINE - 2 PARTICIPANTS WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES; PORTUGAL - 2 PARTICIPANTS WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES; CZECHIA - 2 PARTICIPANTS WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES; SWEDEN - 2 PARTICIPANTS WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES.; POLAND - 2 PARTICIPANTS WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES. Please, remember about that during your recruitment processes. Collect for us information what kind of fewer opportunities your participants have and short description (f.eg: if social obstacles - provide information why).
