  1. What Are The Advantages Of Eva Ethylene Vinyl Acetate? A copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene, Eva Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) is a very elastic material that has various applications – such as in cleaner hosing, vacuum, beer tubing, record turntable mats, flexible tubing, handle grips and teats. It is a redispersible polymer that can be found as a free flowing powder form, and can be re-dispersed easily for making a latex dispersion. Find out about some of the main advantages of this copolymer. Tough The material is very elastic in nature, and can be shaped with pressure and heat to develop a type of porous material resembling rubber, although with a lot of strength. It comes with stress-crack resistance, UV radiation resistance and low-temperature toughness. Thus, it is used in sports shoes as a shock absorber. Despite its strength, it is soft and offers a comfortable feel to fingers. As it absorbs energy, the copolymer can be used as a protective covering. Waterproof It comes with adhesive hot-melt waterproof properties as well as solid barrier properties. It melts at a temperature as high as 96°C or 250°F, which means it can withstand very high temperatures and outdoor light and heat quite well. It has 750% tensile elongation. The surface can also withstand mold and bacteria quite well. All these properties make EVA a long lasting material, and the copolymer satisfies customers with durability. No Odor This elastomeric substance is porous and has thrice the flexible as polyethylene (LDPE) of low density. Porous EVA has no odor or very little odor, and can compete with vinyl and rubber products that are used in numerous electrical applications. It also comes with sufficient gloss and clarity. People who suffer from allergies due to products with strong odors do not feel uncomfortable with the use of the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate copolymer. This makes it highly advantageous for commercial and industrial use. PLEASE VISIT OUY WEBSITE http://www.hoeva.com
