Introduction We are the same higher power, also known as Source, but fragmented into pieces of rags; all that is necessary is to awaken to this unchanging reality, which is typically referred to as Enlightenment. Therefore, a spiritual awakening through focusing inwards is required because there is nothing to accept and nothing to renounce.

Spiritual Wellness Without first realising it in yourself, you cannot perceive the deeper level in the other, hence the first step in discovering the deeper level in the other is to identify the deeper level within yourself. YOU are flawless in your spiritual wellness, full, and complete. because everything in life happens right now. And LIFE is YOU. You are the Presence itself, independent of any circumstances, surroundings, or difficulties that are emerging at that same instant. when you become lost in the world and lose contact with things beyond name and form. Your natural condition is one of stillness, and as you come to understand this, you become the link between the unmanifested and the manifested.

Stillness There is also a misconception that the present moment must be filled with some sort of physical or mental activity; while it is true that we must carry out our momentary tasks, try to experience the present moment's spaciousness as presence itself. Stillness is always the core in the background, unaffected by the activities presented as life situations in the foreground. Underneath the mental chatter is the real YOU. Stillness has no form which is why through thinking we cannot become aware of it. Thought forms. Being aware of stillness means to be still. To be still is to be conscious without thought. When you are still, you are who you are beyond your temporal existence: Consciousness unconditioned, formless, eternal.
