  1. Now that we already divided the shapes into two,let us get the area of each shapes. Let us find first the area for the square.

  6. In the given question,find the area of the colored part of the figure.So we get the area of the green part Is the area of the shaded part of the figure.

  7. As you can see the figure is already divided into basis shapes.We have semi-circle and the triangle. area of triangle A= (8)(12) 2 A= 96cm 2
