1. My story of adopting Jockstraps over Compression Shorts Hey all, I have been a football player for about 12 years now (almost completing) and have been playing since I was about 13. The game has been my passion and me had everything planned from the day I had started playing. Being a kid, my parents were the ones who made sure what I wore for my games and that’s when I was introduced to the compression shorts for men. Back then, the I used to find the shorts too constrictive by nature because it squeezed my legs and supported my junk in a way that I never felt comfortable being in them. The majority of the times, I found it quite uncomfortable by carrying so much fabric below the belt.

2. I had no option but to continue with the same men’s underwear style until I had the liberty of changing what I wore down there to something that I would also love. When I came to an age where I was allowed to choose what I could wear, I tried every possible style and finally stopped at jockstrap. I had heard a lot about the fashionable (yet revealing) apparel style. After trying styles like boxer briefs as well as men’s briefs looking for the support that compression shorts provided, but though the comfort was so good, I couldn’t cope up with the support as well as protection. My last resort was the jockstraps. Though I didn’t want to settle for them because many had told me how embarrassing the style is, I wanted to try them myself before coming to a conclusion. Luckily, I made that decision and today, my underwear drawer has more of jockstraps than socks. Ranging from the ones that I wear for games and workouts, the collection goes to the regular days as well as the times when I spend with my partner. Compression shorts were never my taste because of so many reasons. I wanted something short with less constrictive features which jocks turned out to provide in the best way possible. I am glad I switched!!
