  4. ErgonomicRisk Assessment full days training on Initial Ergonomics Risk Assessment(IERA)whichistoDescribethe GuidelinesonErgonomicsRiskAssessmentat Workplace2017. Understandthepurposeandbenefits ofthe guidelines.Applyasystematicplanandanobjective approach in identifying, assessing, and controlling ergonomics risk factors in the workplace. At the end of the trainingsession,participantsshould be abletowrite the IERA report. The participants that PASS the report submissiontoDOSHwillbecertifiedasErgonomics TrainedPerson(ETP).

Environment ChemicalHealthRiskAssessment(CHRA) Ingeneral,ChemicalHealthRiskAssessmentwilllookintothemanagement ofchemicals hazardoustohealth,includingthechemicalregister,MSDS/CSDS/,usage, frequency,hazardrating,etc.. ChemicalHealthRiskAssessmentismandatorytobeconductedevery5 yearsbyaregisteredHygieneTechnician, gazetteunderOSH–USECHHRegulations2000.

NoiseRiskAssessment(NRA) NoiseRiskAssessmentistoprovideexcessivenoisedataintheworkplaceand enableemployerstoidentify employeeswhomaybeexposedtoexcessivenoisesothattheirexposures canbecarriedoutandconductaninitiative onhowtoovercometheproblemsfacedbythecompanyitself. TheDepartmentofOccupationalSafety&Health(DOSH),Malaysiathrough theOccupationalSafety&Health(NoiseExposure) Regulation2019,enforcestherequirementforsafenoiselevelsinaworkplace. UnderthesaidRegulation,anyemployerof a workplaceshallcarryoutaNoiseRiskAssessment(NRA)toidentifyif his/heremployeeislikelytobeexposedtoexcessivenoise.
