  1. Urethane & Polyurethane Floors

  2. There are four main categories of industrialurethane floors. Please select the one you are interested in: • Industrial urethane thin mil coating systems. • Troweled Urethane Mortar (Processing Areas:  Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, etc.) • Polyaspartic (fast curing, low odor) coatings. • Moisture mitigation systems for concrete with vapor emission issues.

  3. Thin Film Epoxy Coatings EP Floors Corp. provides the latest technology in very low odor, polyurethanes and  poly-aspartic floor coatings.  These are the ultimate in long-lasting shine and and durability, for the most demanding applications.  They have unparalleled flexibility, weathering characteristics, UV color stability and resistance to abrasion and chemicals.

  4. Troweled Urethane Mortar (Processing Areas:  Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, etc.) PU Flooring, or polyurethane concrete floors, have surpassed Epoxy flooring (which had been the “go to” product for many decades). This is due to the lowest cost, widespread availability, and very good all-around performance of urethane concrete systems.

  5. Moisture mitigation systems for concrete withvapor emission issues. EP Floors Corp. is a certified applicator of moisture mitigation flooring. These systems reduce the amount of moisture vapor emissions to a safe level, and prevent failure of a flooring system.
