  2. KOMUNIKIMI   Komunikimi eshte ecuria qe lejon gjallesat te shkembejne informacionin ndermjet disa menyrave dhe niveleve . Komunikimi kerkon  qe te gjitha palet te  kuptojne nje gjuhe te perbashket qe te mund te shkembehet . komunikimi si i tille ne procesin e vet  perfshin dy ose me shume persona .  Ekzistojne dy lloje te komunikimit :  KOMUNIKIMI VERBAL  KOMUNIKIMI JOVERBAL

KOMUNIKI MI VERBAL  Komunikimi verbal i referohet nje lloj komunikimi qe perfshin perdorimin  e shenjave gjuhesore .   Kjo do te thote se kerkon domosdoshmerisht perdorimin e fjaleve ose shprehjeve te shkruara ose gojore.  Sidoqofte , komunikimi verbal eshte unik per qeniet njerzore sepse perfshin perdorimin e fjaleve. 

  4. KOMUNIKIMI JOVERBAL  Komunikimi joverbal  perben pjesen me te madhe te komunikimit . Ky komunikim ne vend te fjaleve perdor shprehjet e fytyres , qendrimin dhe gjestet ,shikimin, menyren se si vishemi , madje edhe elemente si toni apo ritmi i komunikimit .
