  1. Chrome River Navigation Guide • In the Search box, type in [find unique keyword!] 2. Using the unique keyword, you will get one search result. 3. Click on the name of the curriculum, Chrome River.

  3. Chrome River Navigation Guide 6. Your transcript will open and the Chrome River curriculum will be on your transcript. If you have other trainings on your transcript, the Chrome River curriculum will appear at the top. 7. Click on Open Curriculum. You will see a page like this: A A – If you click on the icon of the i inside the gold circle, you will be able to see a description for that section of material.

  4. Chrome River Navigation Guide 8. When you click on the “View Details” button, the first section of the curriculum becomes available. Note: The navigation bar on the left has changed. Roles and Responsibilities has turned Gold while the rest of the items remain gray. Please Note: The first item of the curriculum, “Overview”, is available for you to open and view.

  5. Chrome River Navigation Guide 9. Click on Activate. You will notice that the action bar now states, “Mark Complete.” But don’t do that yet! Instead, use the down arrow to access the drop down menu. 10. Click on View Training Details to activate the course.

  6. Chrome River Navigation Guide 11. You will see the Training Details page. To launch the course, click on the “Resource” you would like to view. The available resources will be in gold font. Click here

  7. Chrome River Navigation Guide 12. When you click on the desired resource, a Power Point presentation tab will appear in the bottom left corner of the page. 13. Click on the tab to open up the Power Point presentation.

  8. Chrome River Navigation Guide 14. The presentation will look something like this: 15. You can view, as is, or select Slide Show to see the pages in full screen. 16. When you are done viewing the material, simply close out of the presentation and you will be returned to the Training Details screen.

When you are finished viewing all of the materials for a particular session, you can select the Back Button, which is located below the Transcription History area and above the Cornerstone logo. 18. You are now back to your Curriculum page. You can now mark your course as complete. The picture depicts the next course in the curriculum, but the steps are the same. Click on Mark Complete.

  10. Chrome River Navigation Guide 19. Note that the Percentage Wheel is updated with your current progress. 20. Completed courses are marked with a check mark. The progress bar is also updated as you keep completing courses within a session.

  11. Chrome River Navigation Guide 21. Courses that haven’t been started are in black font and only can be Activated (accessed) when the previous course in the series has been successfully completed.

  12. Chrome River Navigation Guide SPECIAL NOTE 22. Notice that the Expense Report Session is slightly different from the others. This indicates that it has optionalcourses available.

  13. Chrome River Navigation Guide 23. You can access as many courses as you need to learn how to complete various parts of the Expense Report. Note: You will need to complete at least one course within this optional curriculum.

All of the contents are also available separately as Chrome River job aids. They are labeled by the content area (i.e., the sections of the curriculum) and by topic.
