MATEC’s Mission: Since 1988, MATEC has sought to increase the number of health care providers in our region who are effectively educated and motivated to prevent, diagnose, treat and manage HIV infection.
MATEC’s Funding Resources • Major funding from HRSA Ryan White CARE Act (over 80%) • Additional grant funding in some States (State/Local Health Departments, etc.) • Program Income and Small Program Contracts in some States
