DEFINATION OF ADJECTIVES An adjective is a word used to add something to the meaning of a noun.
Examples. The boy eat apple. He eat fresh apple. The apples are red in colour. There are total three apples.
Kinds of adjectives ADJECTIVES OF QUALITY. ADJECTIVE OF QUANTITY. ADJECTIVE OF NUMBER. DEMONSTRATIVE ADJECTIVE. INTERROGATIVE ADJECTIVE. POSSESSIVE ADJECTIVE.
ADJECTIVE OF QUALITY. • It describe the quality or kind of a person or thing. • Examples • He bought a beautiful car. • Maria is a nice girl.
ADJECTIVE OF QUANTITY It tells how much of a thing is meant. Example There is not much milk in a jug. No rice was served to the guests.
ADJECTIVE OF NUMBER It tells how many persons or things are meant. EXAMPLE. • January is the first month of the year. • I got second position in my class.

INTERROGATIVE ADJECTIVE These adjectives are used with noun to ask question. EXAMPLE • Whose bike is this? • Which book do you like most?
