Go for a walk. Walking exercises all the muscles in your body and is a gentle means of strengthening your core. • Get Swimming! Swimming is a gentle and supportive means for exercising and has a whole host of complimentary benefits for your body. • Dance - energetic dance will burn calories, but some dance will actually build muscle tone! Try Zumba or aerobics.
Flexibility is found when we push our bodies to postures which they do not normal assume. • Stretching is key to flexibility, and should be incorporated with any new exercise plan.
