Included is two kayaks, life jackets, corn hole, bicycle, yard yahtzee, board games, Wi-Fi & large screen HD TV. Just a half mile down from the house is the neighborhood boat ramp available for guests to launch their boats. There is also a pontoon boat for rent that will be conveniently waiting for you at the dock. The main ?oor is setup for for entertaining with a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishware, silverware, microwave, toaster, Keurig carafe and single serve coffee maker, oven/stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher and more. The dining room which is open to the kitchen and living room comfortably seats eight. Walk out the glass door from the kitchen to large two tiered deck and enjoy breathtaking views of the lake. On the deck is a large patio table that seats eight and a propane grill. The living room features a large vaulted ceiling with two fans, HD TV, a large comfortable seating, and amazing views from the wall of windows. Also on the main ?oor you will ?nd the master bedroom which features an on suite full bath with Jacuzzi and comfortable king bed. Upstairs there is king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a bonus room featuring two full sized beds.  There is a full sized bathroom and an undesignated room upstairs as well. The house features two HVAC systems one for each ?oor that does great keeping the house at the right temperature for all guests. Each ?oor has its own individual thermostat. The extra wide driveway has enough room for parking vehicles and trailers. Also the property is located on a main lake cove, there are NO bridges/tunnels/culverts to go under with your boat! Amazing family vacation! Our family had a wonderful time and Monica is a 5 star host for sure! She was immediately responsive to all our questions. The home is beautifully furnished and outfitted with all your vacation needs. From the wonderful beds, hot tub, kayaks, and game room to the perfect dock in the cove to spend the day floating or watch the sunset. We highly recommend this home and host!! Peaceful Getaway: More than we could have hoped for The house was more beautiful than expected, and the location was ideal. Monica, the owner of the home, made check-in easy. She was very responsive to questions also. One of the best things was that everything was labeled in the kitchen. The house is on a road that loops which made a perfect spot to walk the dog. We REALLY appreciated being able to take our pup. ... The kayaks were a fun addition as was the ability Michele S. to have a pontoon boat waiting for us for the week. My husband and I are in the process of moving and this was the ideal most relaxing getaway from the packing. The house is beautiful and clean. The furniture was very comfortable. The views were stunning. Large windows, but also black-out curtains so we could sleep in. The beds were super comfy. The television was huge so it felt like we were at the movies in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. The master bath is luxurious, bigger than our bedroom at home. And the sheets, cotton percale with kayaks on them. So crisp and such a lovely detail. (Lately, when we vacation, we've run across Amazon basic 100% polyester sheets. Who wants to sleep in polyester?) Kudos to Monica for being a great hostess. This was one of my favorite vacations. I'll be back. Also, when we'd go for walks, the neighbors were all very friendly. Lake Gaston is glittering and fun to explore.
