Verity of Asbestos Free Gasket Sheets AF-GEN (Non-Metallic) It is an asbestos free Jointing Gasket Sheet which is a cost effective and reliable product manufactured from organic fibres, mineral fibres, cellulose fibres. Binders : NBR General purpose grade suitable for low pressure steam, water, oils, fuels and inert gases for low stress conditions Max. Peak Temperature Max. Operating Temperature Max. Peak Pressure Max. Continuous Temp. with steam : 250°C : 180°C : 50 bar : 120°C • AF-GEN-WR (Metallic) It is an asbestos free jointing gasket sheet with wire-reinforced. It is manufactured from organic fibres, mineral fibres with metal wire reinforced. Binders : NBR Water/oil resistant gasket material used for light loading. This metallic grade is suitable for medium pressure steam, water, oils, fuels and inert gases for low stress conditions. • : 250°C • : 200°C • : 70 bar • : 120°C • Max. Peak Temperature • Max. Peak Pressure : 300°C : 220°C : 80 bar • AF-OIL (Non-Metallic) It is an oil grade asbestos free jointing gasket sheet manufactured from aramid fibres, mineral fibres. Binders : NBR It is suitable for oils, fuels, lubricants, alcohols, gases, hydrocarbons, steam, water, cooling liquids, most-diluted acids and alkalis for medium stress conditions. • : 400°C • : 250°C • : 100 bar • : 220°C • Max.
