Veganism is About More Than What you Eat

Veganism is a diet that requires excluding all animal products. But like we said, it is a lot more far-reaching than the food. It requires you to lead a lifestyle abstaining from everything that is as far as possible from exploiting any living organism. This means completely excluding any commodity or food item. Veganism works on the ethical and moral principles that every sentient being deserves a chance to live. The best way to embrace veganism is to give up on all animal-derived food like meat, poultry, seafood as well as honey, eggs, and dairy.
https://freakinhealthy.com/rootd/
