  1. Prevention Tips For • Bladder Cancer - Dr. Vipin Tyagi

  2. Quit Smoking • Cigarettes release harmful chemicals that get stored in your bladder and damage its lining. Smoking is the number one cause of bladder cancer, so quitting can greatly lower your risk and improve overall health.

  3. Stay Hydrated • Drinking plenty of water throughout the day helps your body flush out toxins and harmful substances from the bladder. The more you stay hydrated, the less time these chemicals stay in contact with your bladder walls.

  4. Avoid Harmful Chemicals People who work with dyes, rubber, leather, or paints are at higher risk because of chemical exposure. Always use gloves, masks, or protective gear at work to reduce the chances of these substances entering your body.

  5. Eat a Healthy Diet A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains gives your body important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. These nutrients help strengthen your immune system and may protect bladder cells from damage that leads to cancer.
