Dondre Whitfield believes in equality between both sexes. His thoughts are beyond feminism and patriarchal society. It makes us serious to accept every personality to his/her calibre and not as a gender.

  3. He asks parents to change their mind-sets while upbringing their sons because the current situation in our society is witnessing high-profile ladies. Assuming these ladies to fit on the same platform of sacrificing and adjusting to dominating male fellows in their life.

  4. It is a call that is ignorable. The dose of responsibility has to be imbibed in the growing years of your sons and brothers. Then, they will be open to their responsibility as a son, brother and father. The absence of this important need can make their families suffer because they were not taught good values in their growing years. An adult can’t change his attitude to be okay with his spouse, mother and sister. Shed down old philosophies and comparing your spouse you’re your mother. If boys develop an instinct to be supporting with their spouse then the case of divorces would come down to minimum. Dondré Whitfield put a new thought for all males in our society that learning to balance all relations and be productive in your work-place is the most important skill of every male person.
