  2. CATI is the acronym of Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing. It’s a telephone research methodology that includes an interviewer administering a questionnaire to the respondent reading it on a computer. CATI Research - Definition

The research agency directly dials the respondent in order to conduct the research. • PREDICTIVE: Interviewer and the respondents are connected with each other with the help of an auto dialer.
