ABOUT THE WORK CULTURE DigiDrub has established a culture of conviviality. “Our company has a millennial-friendly, non-hierarchical, please-embrace-failure culture- our meetings are super-short and radical transparency is maintained. We do have respectful conflicts, and I welcome that, but we also realize that we are members of a jazz band,” says Aninda. PROCESS OF CREATION - DIGITAL ASSETS: “We have a simple internal thinking, produce everything which looks good. The cosmetic industry serves as a constant reminder,” quips, Aninda. A large percentage of DigiDrub’s workforce are women, something Aninda is delighted about. “Whether it is my mother, sister or wife, I’ve found women being very diligent, sure-footed and empathetic. All progressive product websites will be actively incorporating AR and streaming VR solutions,” says a confident, Aninda. “Functional and domain experts will create point applications on their own without the help of expert coders on these low-no code platforms. I am sure everyone has a dream,” Aninda asserts smilingly.
