  2. There are many names of whole wheat flour such as Atta and Chakki Atta. Mostly popular in Indian and other countries such as Pakistan and Bangladesh, this ground whole wheat atta or flour is used to make flatbreads known as chapati, naan, paratha and Puri. Next time when you shop groceries online, you can add whole wheat flour in your cart to make these Indian flatbreads at home. People sometimes confuse this Indian whole wheat flour with the normal whole wheat flour mostly available in North America. However, there is a striking difference between them, especially the milling process and wheat type used in the making of these flours.
