  1. What Type of Door Should You Choose? There are two main types of doors that can withstand the Canadian climate: steel and fiberglass. Both types of doors have their strengths. Steel doors are widely used throughout the GTA. They come in a wide variety of styles and colours. Delco Windows and Doors can even colour match any Benjamin Moore colour! Steel doors can be contemporary, modern, and traditional. They are unlikely to warp and are easy to customize to make your door match your imagination. Fiberglass doors are an excellent, hardier alternative to a wood door. Wood doors tend to warp and do not last very long in Canada. Fiberglass doors can be made with a wood grain. With Delco’s unique hand-staining process, a fiberglass door will make a beautiful addition to your home. Fiberglass is also extremely dent-resistant, making them handy for entryways where there is a lot of traffic. Whichever type of door you choose, Delco Windows and Doors is here to help make your decision easier. Look us up at https://www.delcowindows.com/.
