I ?a?’t gro? i?to that role. It all comes down to working on behaviors that can cause us to practice traits like honesty and self-reflection, through communicating often, soliciting feedback, and listening to learn how others view our style of management.   2. You Need to Succeed.? Why? It’s ?e?ause ?ei?g a leader is ?ot a?out getti?g all the glory. A lot of it is learning how to actively inspire and motivate others to their peak performance as well. Even if I have a lot of discipline and enthusiasm for a project, it can still be difficult to convey that without knowing how to inspire others and what motivates them. I have to also be worthy of their trust ?y a?ti?g ?ith ho?esty a?d i?tegrity first. By liste?i?g to ?y tea?’s ?eeds a?d delegating to their strengths, they can gain confidence that they can overcome the challenges inherent in any project. I have to have a positive attitude, even as the going sometimes gets rough, and that helps my team to persevere too. Understanding that people are motivated also by their own dreams and desires and taking the time to listen to those and helping to mentor them or position them in these goals can also help to inspire them to be loyal to me.
