  2. Due to the nature of office jobs, a lot of time is spent sitting or doing sedentary work. Research insights show that more than 76% of people suffer from multiple pain problems related to their back and neck. 64% of employees sit for more than 9 hours a day at work. The fundamental cause of these problems is the long hours that users spend sitting in static postures at their work desks or in meetings. Sitting for long hours can cause strain and severe musculoskeletal disorders in the long run, whereas standing for a long time is equally bad for the body. Essentially, long stretches in any posture are harmful. 64% office goers spend almost 9 hours sitting 76% of the employees have complained of musculoskeletal pains However, changing one's posture on a regular basis while working can relieve muscles, stimulate blood flow and reduce fatigue.
