Precise 2D/3D designs were developed to visualize the entire project from start to finish. Site Preparation The ground was cleared and prepped for construction, ensuring a stable foundation. Essential excavation work was carried out to prepare for underground installations.

  3. Underground Pipelines & Electrical Wiring Underground plumbing and electrical systems were strategically installed. This phase ensured the seamless integration of vital utilities for the building. Concrete Flooring Strong, durable concrete foundation was laid, ready to support the structure. Reinforced for maximum load-bearing capacity and stability.

  4. Building Structure The main structural framework was erected, shaping the building's core design. This included walls, beams, and pillars to support the roof. Metal Roofing High-quality, weather-resistant metal roofing was installed for durability. The roof design was chosen to ensure long- term protection and energy efficiency.

  5. Interior Cabinet Installation Painting & Wallpapering Custom interior cabinets installed for optimized storage & aesthetic appeal. These were designed to complement the overall interior design theme. Interior walls carefully painted, with select areas adorned with high- quality wallpaper.

  7. Drainage & Plumbing Comprehensive drainage system was installed, along with final plumbing work. This ensures optimal water flow and waste management for the building. Electrical Fittings Final electrical fittings, including boards, outlets, and lighting fixtures, were installed. This phase ensured that the building was powered efficiently and safely.

  8. Exterior Finishing & Landscaping The outside space was completed with beautiful landscaping and functional design elements.
