  1. GROUT GUARD (Non-shrink expanding cementitious grout) DESCRIPTION: Grout Guard is a one part, pre – mixed cement based flowable, two stage expanding grout with selected aggregate. Grout Guard is used as a machine foundation grout for high strength non shrink grouting to maintain levelling of the Machines. AREAS OF APPLICATION: To grout bearings, machine foundations, columns joints in precast construction etc. To grout anchoring bolts in concrete To grout tie – rod holes of Aluminium Formwork concreting, gaps and voids in concrete Warehouses. ADVANTAGES: Dual expansion system compensates for shrinkage and settlement in the plastic state. Pre-packed material overcomes onsite batching variations. Develops high early strength without the use of chlorides. High ultimate strength ensures the durability of the hardened grout. Free flow ensures high level of contact with load bearing area. Expands by gas generation whilst in the plastic state of curing Impact- and vibration resistant Increased resistance to oils and grease. TYPICAL PROPERTIES: Nature: Cementitious grey powder Compressive strength: At 0.14 W/G ratio @ 30℃ Special attributes: Grout Guard is a high strength precision grouting material. Bulk Density: 1.60 kg/ltr (Dry powder density @280 C) (ASTM C 498) WATER POWDER MIXING RATIO: 3.7- 4 litre / 25 kg of bag

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Grout Guard is a cementitious alkali product. Care should be taken to avoid contact with eyes, skin, mouth and food stuff. Any splashes on the human body must be washed with plenty of water.
