  2. If you ride a motorcycle, you are more at risk of serious injury or death than if you are in a vehicle. A study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention between 2001 and 2008 reveals alarming figures. During this time period, more than 34,000 motorcyclists were killed in the United States as a result of a crash, with the highest death rates among 20- to 24-year-olds. The number of injuries incurred as a result of motorcycle accidents was significantly higher, with an estimated 1,222,000 individuals treated for non-fatal injuries from motorcycle accidents.

  3. Many of these accidents are not the fault of the motorcyclists themselves. The risk of injury is a reality that most motorcycle drivers accept, but if you have been involved in an accident and have suffered serious injuries as a result, Colucci, Collucci, Marcus & Flavin P.C. wants to hear from you. If a car or truck driver has acted negligently and caused you to be involved in an accident, they will defend your rights and seek compensation.
