Introduction • As a common entrance examination for students seeking admission to various state-sponsored law colleges in Maharashtra, the MH CET law Exam was introduced by the Directorate of Technical Education in 2016. • The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) conducts a test followed by an admission process. A CET score allows students to move on to prestigious colleges like JBIMS, SIMSREE, and PUMBA. CET scores are accepted by many colleges in Maharashtra for their PGDM programs. Maharashtra candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must score at least 40% in their qualifying exams.

At least 40% marks are required for SC and ST candidates. An ideal candidate should possess a fundamental knowledge of history, economy, politics, environment, and other topics.
