  3. National Museum Institute of History of Art The National Museum Institute was established on January 27, 1989. On April 28, 1989, it got university status. From the very beginning, the institute has been a chief institution in the country for art and cultural heritage training and research. Furthermore, the National Museum Complex houses the institute. The further goal is to offer students with practical approach to gem of art and cultural heritage, as well as handy to the National Museum's facilities. This further includes the laboratory, library, storage/reserve collection, and technical support sections for holistic learning. The National Museum Institute of the History of Art is an independent institute. Additionally, it offers learning of courses in History, Museology and Conservation under the Ministry of Culture of the Government of India. Moreover, this educational institute is a deem university, in New Delhi, within the grounds of the National Museum. The Ministry of Culture, Government of India, establishes this university on 27 January 1989. It was done under the Societies Registration Act. On April 28, 1989, the Ministry of Human Resource Development designates the institute as a deemed university. The NMIHACM has now established as India's premier institute and housed inside the grounds of the National Museum in New Delhi. HISTOR Y In 1962 an agreement between UNESCO and The Government of India was signed in February 1962 resulting in the formation and inception of the Asian Regional Centre for Educational Planners, Administrators, and Supervisors. Likewise, staying in line with the agreement the institute carried on studies and research in guiding developing research for effective models of learnings. However, in April 1965 the institute was renamed as Asian Institute of Educational Planning and Administration as its works were not only aiding Indian but Asian schools along the lines as well. Furthermore, in 1970 the agreement between the GOI and UNESCO ended after its nearly decade-long tenure. The GOI after owning the institute in its entirety renamed it to National Staff College for Educational Planners and Administrators which gave more meaning to the work being done by the institute. However, the institute was changed and reregistered with a different name one last time in 1979. Moreover, it was renamed to National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration. Lastly, In 2006 the institute was declared Deemed University by UGC as its a unique institute and is not in the normal trade of works as the major universities under UGC

Proper infrastructure coupled with adequate staff and teaching faculty is the o to the requirement for a student.
