  2. Chakra meditation Chakras are the energy fields in our body; they are the gateways through which Life force flows inside and outside in our body, mind and soul. These energy centres are essential, and they are susceptible to energy as well, and sometimes they become clogged with residues of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual traumas and disturbances.  Imbalanced Chakras Have Negative Effect On Our Mental, Emotional & Physical Health As the residue builds up gradually, it will interrupt the natural flow of energy in the chakras, and it may also block them. When that happens, it negatively affects your body, including organs and cells, meanwhile affecting our thoughts, emotions, wellbeing and our overall outlook on life. 

  3. How To Balance Your 1st Chakra Practically, it is very important to first take care of your survival needs, and Chakra meditation gives you the energy to do that. Utilize that energy with as much ability as you can.  Balance this Chakra by bringing your attention to how connected you are to your spirit. Each day take out some time for nurturing your soul, meditating, praying or connecting with your spirit guides. Indulge in volunteering acts of compassion and kindness, which can guide your overactive energy away from root chakra to the other energy centres in your body. 

  4. Energizing Your Root Chakra If you find yourself disconnected from your material existence, it means that your Root Chakra needs to be replenished. You can do it by connecting to the earth, being out in nature, swimming, gardening or even soaking sun in your garden can energize your root Chakra. You can also do a guided Root Chakra meditation.
