  1. Osho Meditation: How to Start Practicing it? Osho is the sobriquet of spiritual guru Rajneesh. He was born in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh in the 1930s. He attained enlightenment at the age of 21. Guru Rajneesh spent his initial years in Mumbai before moving to his famous Osho International Meditation Resort and widely known for his light-hearted sermons. He emphasizes to be limitless and not taking oneself seriously. Also, He gave sermons on free-spiritedness. He has proposed 4 procedure for doing meditation. His meditation will break down all kinds of imprisonment within the self and sets you free. We won’t keep you wait for long. Let’s check his procedures below. 1. Breathe How you breathe defines your emotions and physical activities. How you breathe depicts the way you live. In Osho meditation, it takes all your strength to breathe powerfully. Breathing should be intense, deep and fast. Here, you don’t necessarily have to follow any particular rhythm. Make sure you stress on the exhalation. Fill your lungs with air to the point where you can no longer hold it. It won't make sense until you try it. Move your body physically to gain more energy as you breathe in. 2. Release

  2. The next part after breathing in is breathing out. This part is amazing. When you breathe out, you let go all the negative energy built within you for a long time. Take your self lightly. If you feel like singing, sing aloud, dance, jump around and feel every moment of your life. Loosen up and express yourself. Do not worry about what others may think. The philosophy of Osho clearly indicates to be happy and not to think too much about anything. 3. Mantra The third step is Mantra. A mantra is nothing but a ‘hoo’ sound. Raise your arms above your head and jump around. Do not worry about people taking notice of you. Repeat the mantra deep and loud. Jump up and down. Jump as high as possible. When you land on your feet, feel the sound in your pelvic region. Repeat and continue doing the activity until you get exhausted. 4. Observe

  3. After the vigorous jumping, stay still. Do not, by any means move. Just stay as you are. Do not worry about your body posture and position. Even a slight jerk will spoil the whole effect of energy flow. Now, observe the aftereffects of jumping in your body. Feel the energy flowing into your body. Let the energy light up your body with ecstasy. The inner workings in the body will make you joyful. You will have a sense of accomplishment at the end of the activity. Celebrate the realization with love and gratitude. Inculcate the habit of practicing this meditation every day to stay happy and healthy in life.
