  1. Mammography Credits In addition to mammography credits, the ARRT* (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) requires that you attend 24 hours of general continuing education every two years.

  2. Fluoroscopy Continuing Education Fluoroscopy continuing educationis required by the state of California for technologists with a fluoroscopy permit, as well as California physicians, and physician assistants.

  3. Mammography Continuing Education For a MQSA inspection, an RT will need to produce documentation for mammography continuing educationcredits and evidence of completion of 200 mammograms in the preceding 36 months.

  4. Fluoroscopy CE Credits • If you are a radiologic technologist or an XT licensed with the state of California, you need fluoroscopy CE creditsif you have the CA Fluoroscopy permit.
