The Half Day Diet Review

The Half Day Diet is a weight loss program that doesnu2019t require you to cut off on carbs. The concept of this diet is to implement your dieting only half day and devote your normal eating during the next. Your body is then tricked into burning fat the entire day even when if you are consuming carbohydrates. The book indicates that carbohydrates and sugar cravings are controlled by a part of the brain called the LH -VTA loop, in other words, the Carb-loop as defined by the author. It is where the idea of tricking the body to burning fat all day long, came to fruition.
