  2. Administrative support as the name suggests supports the management level staff in performing various tasks. The primary responsibility of administration support is to collect and manage employee data. However, they are also partly involved in hiring, recruiting, and training new employees. A person who is passionate about Human Resource operations must be hired for the job. This job requires a person to do a lot of tedious and monotonous paperwork. The Human Resource administrative support aims at creating a healthy work environment for the employees. The job of human resource administrative support involves a lot of paperwork. The human resource administrative support has a lot on his plate. The digitalization of a few roles can lead to more job satisfaction for the employees. Got too much on your plate already?   3. The duties of a Human Resource Administrative Support Company’s Personnel Records: The Human Resource administrative support has to keep detailed records of all the employees of an organization. Name, address, Permanent Account Number, Bank account details, blood group, previous employment details are a few details required. The records have to be updated periodically.
