  2. Prepare Your Beds • Use 3 pronged hoe or garden weasel to cultivate last years mulch • Add a 1-2” layer of planting mix and mix into soil to about 6” • Edge Beds before mulch • When adding mulch, only add a layer of 2-3” maximum
