  1. Importance and Future of Bioethics Without any doubt, medical bioethicshas become a flaming topic in the world, because of the daily presentation of mass media and new advancements in science. It has made the average citizen relatively well-informed about- biotechnology, genetic engineering, the viability of embryos stored at low temperatures, abortion, new forms of human fertilization, the usefulness of stem cells, widespread use of Organ transplants, cloning of living beings, and latest inventions in the human genome. For a decade, science and technology have been divorced from ethics, and science itself has been relegated to the philosophers' elucubrations, which are far away from the reality of scientific development. Several universal declarations and codes of medical morality have emerged in the second half of the twentieth century. The rights of people were investigated and considered an as an important aspect; humanity began a new stage of world reflection with reduced abuse. Bioethics and health law then initiated an interdisciplinary dialogue between the different groups occupied by developing science and technology, allowing to reflect at the same time on aspects that are essential in the life of men, such as ethics, good customs, religion, and science. We should not forget that those people who lived through much of the 20th century realized that this era was prone to mass murder where the displacement of populations was enormous, leading thousands of people to take refuge in neighboring countries and places where xenophobia began to increase hatred among different racial groups. In speaking about the future of bioethics, we must address that in the modern world, participatory democracy is more evident, in which there are different sectors, and that many of these fields are the ones that create the laws of The different countries. Consequently, the way of seeing problems is not the same in all societies. Given this scenario, medical bioethicsis responsible for creating university chairs, discussion forums and ensuring the establishment of well-prepared and interdisciplinary groups permanently. Equally important is to talk about new types of fertilization, such as the problems of deforestation, pollution of the planet, genetic engineering, experimental animals, and the safety of the use of transgenic foods. The only way to reach valid conclusions are-bioethical and pluralist discussions that take place between scientists, lawyers, ecologists, geneticists and representatives of other branches of knowledge, respecting at all times- the personal creeds, culture, and psychology of different racial groups, as well as the domestic legislation of each country. It is very easy to sneak through difficult questions and not even think about them, but bioethicists should not shy away from the great challenges of the moment and have no choice but to take up the challenge and discuss the problems of the present and future humanity. In most cases, bioethics and health law will not have the final solution to multiple complex problems, but it will be the compass that will point the way forward into a complicated forest of valid arguments. Overall, we can say that

  2. bioethics is an interesting subject to study for a blossoming future.
