  2. The Elevator Pitch Challenge Can you explain your story in 60 seconds? Imagine you're in an elevator with a dream agent/editor. Craft a compelling "elevator pitch" using this formula: Main Character (Who is your story about?) Problem (What challenges do they face?) Goal (What do they desperately want?) Stakes (What happens if they fail?)

  3.  Character Crossroads Make your characters come alive! Characters drive the story. Explore your protagonist's desires and motivations.

  4. World building Blitz Craft a world that immerses your reader Is your story set in a unique world? Develop its details! What are the rules? What are the customs? How does it look, sound, and smell?

  5. Plot the Plot Twist! Keep your readers on the edge of their seats! Every great story needs a surprise turn of events. Where can you introduce a twist? How will it impact your characters and plot?

  6. The "Would You Read This?" Get feedback and refine your idea Share your story idea or elevator pitch with friends, family, or fellow writers. Gauge their reaction and use their feedback to strengthen your story.

  7. Write a Mini-Story Big Text: Sometimes, writing is the best test Don't be afraid to start writing! Craft a short piece, like the first chapter or a specific scene. Does the story flow? Are you excited to explore it further?
