  1. Asian Woman Leadership The Battle for Women's rights has been largely won – but not for all. https://asianwomanleadership.com/

  2. [Kim Ji-hyun] Thirst for a female leader “No country can ever truly flourish if it stifles the potential of its women and deprives itself of the contributions of half of its citizens.”

  3. Why Are Women Still Set Up to Fail in the C-Suite? In my work in executive search, it is blessedly rare these days for discussions about leadership or board succession not to include the topic of diversity. The frequency and comfort level many corporate leaders now have discussing diversity is something to celebrate in and of itself.

  4. Mentoring future female business leaders It’s time to take another look at the numbers. According to the Center for American Progress, although women hold almost 52 percent of all professional-level jobs, they only represent 14.6 percent of executive officers; 8.1 percent of top earners and 4.6 percent of Fortune 500 CEOs. In the financial services industry alone, women represent more than 54 percent of the labor force, yet only 12.4 percent are executive officers and 18.3 percent are on the board of directors. None are CEOs.

  5. LCC honors female leaders LAREDO, Texas (KGNS) – A group of women came together to honor those who came before them and help pave the way. The Laredo Community College and U.S. Customs and Border Protection teamed up to honor women who served as a positive influence to their institution. Nominees for the award were selected for demonstrating integrity and leadership.
