  1. Why To Keep Cleanrooms ESD-Safe?

  2. Most industries manufacturing electronics, medical equipment, and pharmaceuticals have cleanrooms. They are the cleanest areas with minimal air-borne particles and pollutants with a controlled environment. One main concern for cleanrooms in electronic, semiconductor, and aerospace industries is electrostatic discharge or ESD. There is the need to make sure that the environment is static free so that the products don’t get damaged.  ESD discharge can affect the cleanroom’s balance even if it is as low as 30 volts. Therefore, it is important to keep the environment ESD-safe. It is essential to use products that are ESD-free in the cleanroom.

  3. There is the use of special ESD protective material for this purpose and it includes items like ESD acrylic plate, ESD black coated pipes, ESD box with plastic dividers, and even items as basic as ESD electric tape dispenser.  There is the need to take special care as even a slightest lack of vigilance can affect the ESD balance of the cleanroom and cause harm to electronics being manufactured there. It is a requirement to invest in the right kind of products meant for cleanrooms based on your industry and create a suitable environment.  Right from ESD acrylic plate to ESD Box with molded handles, you have to use products that are meant for the cleanroom.

You should therefore use ESD protective materials.  Thank you… Address: 465 East Carmel Street, San Marcos, CA 92078 Call: +1 (760) 510-1072 Fax: +1 (760) 304-8186 Email: info@ameri-links.com Website: https://ameri-links.com/
