The aim of this study was to test the in vivo efficacy of a novel antiviral compound (DB772) in the treatment of PI calves.

  • 6 PI calves used in study
  • 4 calves treated with DB772 q8hr x 6d
  • 2 calves treated with diluent only
  • Samples collected for virus isolation, viral titration and qPCR
