This disease might happen due to some reasons like infection, malabsorption, endocrine disorders, shortened sternum, and many more. In this ailment, the front side of the vertebra grows abnormally and rather slowly as compared to the rear side. And this results in an uneven posture of the individual. One of the most common symptoms of the same is pain around the thoracic spine area, difficulty in movement. And these conditions even worse if the individual is involved in sports and excessive exercise. When it comes to Scheuermann’s disease treatment it is carried out in phases. The first phase starts with pain management. In this phase, various techniques are used to get rid of the excruciating pain like soft tissue massage, acupuncture, unloading taping technique, electrotherapy, ice therapy, and others. The next phase is the restoration of the movement. After the pain is tackled not the doctor will work on the movement ability of the individual.
