  2.  INTRODUCTION OF MIGRATION • It is a way to move from one place to another in order to live and work.  • Movement of people from their home to another city ,state or country for a job, shelter or some other reason is  called migration. •  Migration from rural areas to urban areas has increased in the past few years in India.

  3. ISSUES RELATED MIGRATION •  Human Rights vs Migrants Rights. • Trafficking of Persons mainly Children. • Forced Migration due to Physical Factors. • Migration to Access Descent Living Conditions. • Diaspora to Local Development.

  5. THEORETICAL STUDY OF GENDER AND INEQUALITY  • Different social roles, which have been assigned to male and female on the basis of physical appearances by society • s termed as gender inequality. Sociological theories have different perspectives on mentioned social phenomenon. • It also explains, how gender roles affect social interaction amongst individuals within a society.

IMPACT OF MIGRATION • Emigration reduces the population density of the donor region. •  This reduces the pressure on resources in the area including basic necessities like food, housing, education, and healthcare. •  Migration is becoming a very important subject for the life of cities. • Migration increased the slum areas in cities which increases many problems such as unhygienic condition, crime, population etc.

GENDER EQUALITY • Gender equality, also known as sexual equality or equality of the sexes, is the state of equal ease of access to resources and opportunities regardless of gender, including economic participation and decision-making; and the state of valuing different behaviors, aspirations and needs equally, regardless of gender. • GENDER UNEQUALITY • Gender inequality refers to unequal treatment or perceptions of individuals based on their gender.

  8. EFFECT OF GENDER  EQUALITY IN BUSINESS • One of the major benefits of improved gender equality in the workplace is a more cohesive and more productive workforce. • Improved national  productivity and economic growth. • Enhanced ability of companies to attract talent and retain employees.

EFFECT OF GENDER  INEQUALITY IN BUSINESS • Casual factors include as well as employees who suffer from gender inequality, may get fever working opportunities, unequal treatment and lower salary. • Gender  stereotypes affect behaviour, study choices,ambitions, and attitudes about relationships. • The gender discrimination decreases satisfaction and motivation and commitment and enthusiasm level of employees and increases the stress level in the employees

CONCLUSION • Gender inequality is a term that defines the discrimination and sexism towards a certain individual based on their gender. • It mainly affects women especially in growing societies or third world countries.  • The American society, is a well known environment for its progress in achieving gender equality.  • However, there are still some people claiming otherwise, stating that the workplace and society are still suffering from inequality.
