Reduce your blood sugar

Eating a diet low in fat, low in sugar, low in salt, and high in fiber can help control type 2<br>diabetes. It consists primarily of plants and other low glycemic index foods and should be<br>washed away with large amounts of water.<br>However, no matter how successful you are in controlling diabetes, you may experience<br>"unexplained" fluctuations (up and down) in your blood sugar.<br>The reason is simple. We all react slightly differently to different foods. This means that while<br>some foods raise (or lower) blood sugar levels, eating other foods has no adverse effects or<br>other effects.
