You probably have heard the word: Sit up straight, and don't slouch. Having a good posture is highly beneficial for your health. Guess why? You would have less problems dealing with your back, neck and even with your legs. As we see, the corporate world has 4-9 working hours and mostly within that time you have to spend your major time sitting with your eyes wide open on a bright screen. These poor habits spoil our physical health as well. These poor postures can cause mild to severe back and neck pain and even eye pain. Most of us don't give importance to these degrading effects and later struggle in life.

Tadasana this pose requires you to stand with your feet about hip distance apart and also parallel to each other. Your toes spread and point forward.
